Our Team

Asif Chattha, President

Asif has over 20 years of experience in general construction in Los Angeles, California. As a young man he worked with his brother building and remodeling projects. He developed hands-on experience in a wide range of trades. He has built all levels of projects from simple tenant improvements to multi- million dollar construction projects. His experience in construction management ranges from commercial projects to large corporate Ti's, public works facilities, warehouses, and custom high end homes to mix use.

Ahmad Raza, Partner/Sr.Project Manager

Ahmad has over 10 years of experience in multifamily mix use and custom homes construction. He finished his Bachelors in Electrical engineering and then did his second bachelors in Civil engineering. He was the Project manager for AIMCO (One of the largest nation wide developer) before joining the team at AMC. He finished a 366 unit luxury Apartment building at Flamingo Point in Miami beach. Renovation of the existing 400+ units along with addition of amenities with the total cost of $150 million. He also managed the construction/renovation of Hamilton on the Bay which is a 275 unit building with the total cost of $85 million. His expertise are coordination with the city,all regulatory departments, Architects,Engineers, Interior Designers and Surveyors from initial to the final phase of the project. Managing the Construction Phase creating/finalizing RF I's, Submittals, Budgets,Estimates and keeping in check the Project Schedule in order to get timely CCO's.
